methanol?

Has anyone had their tires loaded with water and methanol? is it safe? This is what my dealer says he uses, any help would be appreached.

I assume that since the dealer mentioned methanol, it would be safe. I don't know anyone who uses that combination. I use 50% water 50% anti-freeze.

In the area that I live, I would say that 8 out of 10 dealers use methanol. Most of these have been using it since the 1970s.
