Method to find good price for Used

For those of us that are always wondering what would be a good price for a particular piece of equipment, Check out:

www.tractorhouse.com

They have pretty good listings and you can get an idea if that used tractor you are looking at is priced somewhat right. They have a lot of other equipment as well.

Just thought this might help a few people out there!

What prices I have checked seem to be high on that website.

Don't know if prices too high, just found this and thought I would pass it on as an option. One thing to take into consideration is separating the prices depending on whether a dealer is listing or an owner. Likewise, the area of the country the listing is coming from has some effect on the price, just like autos.

I would use it just like medical advice, only one opinion to help the buying process. Would be prudent to seek out all avenues to see if the price is fair.

Ive been looking for a used NH for about a month now.

They are rare as hens teeth and when you do find them with a couple hundred hrs on them, the dealers want virtually just as much as a new on with worse fininacing options.

Ive finnally tracked one down within 300 miles of me, but i dont know if i can line up the cash in time to get it.
