I'm needing a good loader / tractor for cleaning horse corralls, field mowing and general work on 15 acres. A friend (the mechanic at a local dealer) has a Massey 1050 for sale. (Originally I thought it was a 1040, that's why the subject line.) It has new seals, new tie rod ends a few dents but otherwise checks out ok.
What's it worth? Is the 1050 a decent tractor or should I keep looking?
