MF 1225...FMV?

Looking at a 2000 MF 1225 with a 4 ft. loader,5 ft fin.mower,?snowblower,and small tiller.In good shape with 700 hrs.,turf tires 50% Oh also it is 4x4...never owned tractor before and need one for snow removal,and a little yard work.Asking price $12000 Cdn...about $10000 USD..I offered the lady 10K CDN..I think she will let it go because her husband is deceased and she has to dispose of it.
Is it a good machine and is the price Right? thanx for any input..btw I live in Nova Scotia

It seems like a pretty fair value given all of the implements that come with it.
I paid about $10,000 USD for my 1225 2 years ago. It had about 250 hours and came with a Westendorf loader. Search my previous posts and you'll see some pics of it.
Its been a good little machine and I'm very happy with it.
Most of the sages here will suggest that you fill out your profile so we can look at it and maybe advise you better on what would best suit your needs.
