MF 135 Light Switch Plate

The writing/paint on the light switch plate on my 1973 MF 135 diesel has completely faded away. I can't find the part number for it in order to replace it. Does anyone know the part number or can at least tell me what it says for each switch position. The tractor has hi/low beam headlights, caution lights and a work light.

Is it a 4 position switch?

Yes. I think it goes: Off, Low Beam, High Beam, Headlights & Flashers
