Ken I will have to admit here that I don't know what the functional difference of the 2 is. By your description there wouldn't be any. I do know that I can operate 2 single acting remotes with mine. Maybe the other one would allow for a flow through type of operation where one line fed out the fluid and the other one returned the fluid. Just guessing here so don't use that as any kind of solid information. but unless it had a return line to the tractor in adition to the feed line that wouldn't work either. If you figure it out and it is a different animal let us know.

I have had the stand pipe out of mine when I built and attached a backhoe last year. At the time I replaced the O-rings. My problem is I have to have the tractor on high speed to get minimal hydraulic performance. I don't much care about draft controls etc as I just play, (no farm work). My backhoe operates with the same pulsing at the 3PTH when lifting. If taking the top off and fixing the postion\draft levers is enough, its worth a try. My concern is though that it is a hydraulic pump issue, rebuild?. I am interested to know what you run with your remote and how does it perform with the tractor hydraulics.

thanks
