MF 135 throttle diagram

I went to park my 135 Saturday evening and pushed the throttle lever up to idle down and something snapped off under the dash. Being dark it was hard to see but it looks as if there is a ball and socket at the end of the lever and the ball snapped off.
Would anyone have a diagram of the throttle setup or a parts or service manual in pdf? I have a manual on CD but the I can't find it and the PC it was on died.
Also, can I buy any throttle pieces new anywhere? Or is there a mod to change the throttle setup to something that's easier to get? Any help would be appreciated.

OEM part numbers with exploded-view parts diagrams for the Massey Ferguson 135 tractor can be obtained from the AGCO Parts Books website. Simply login as a guest by clicking the "View Books" button, then search for your specific tractor.

For example: Enter 135 for the model and select Massey Ferguson as the brand, then click search. A list of search results will appear, where you may select the book you want to view. In this case, "135 TRACTOR Book: 651199 , Category: Parts Books / Tractors / Agricultural - Wheeled" is the one you will want to view. Note that the website requires Internet Explorer with Microsoft Silverlight installed to be fully functional, complete with exploded-view parts diagrams.

Could you get me a TAFE 240 throttle diagram ? Thanks Wm. My lever will not stay in place. It pops back to zero fuel when it is released.

Could you get a copy of a TAFE 240 throttle diagram? TAFE 240 Tractor is a copy of Massey Ferguson built in India. My lever will not stay in place. I cannot see what is designed to keep it in place.

I have the same exact problem.
My ball joint throttle linkage broke on my 1968 MF 135 Gas. Im having trouble finding the replacement part, AGCO #834042M1. Any suggestions on where to find this part new or used?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey The Kid,
Thanks for the reply, that part is very similar to the part I need.
The one I need is not adjustable. Its a solid barrel with two machine pressed balljoints held in place with spring metal clips. Its definitely item 14 in the above diagram.
I actually have the three part linkage in your picture. The closest MF/AGCO dealer sold them to me hoping I could make it work, but its too big. even if adjusted all the way in, the tractor idles high.
I could do some cutting and welding and such, but i'm trying to go back original with these little parts.
Do you think it matters?

you do know you can adjust the linkage clutch disk to bring up the throttle a bit. that clutch disk is to prevent breaking the linkage but also could be used to compensate if the ball joint length is changed. The picture I illustrated shows that circular spring loaded linkage clutch.

The illustration above in an old post shows the linkage clutch and the compression but that secures it to a rod.

For clarification clutch I mean friction disc.
