MF 135 timing

Can't figure out where the timing indicator is for my MF 135 with a Perkins. The manual shows a window on the front left of the engine but I don't see one. There are no markings on the crank pully either. There has to be some way to set the timing with a light. Any ideas where to look?

There is a little panel on the front cover on the left side, but you to remember, the left side as if you are sitting on the seat of the tractor, so if standing facing the grill, the right side.

Is it diesel??
