MF 1429 value

I would like to get a general idea of what this tractor is worth. It's a 2005 MF 1429 with 302 hrs. 4WD and front end loader.
I haven't seen it in person yet, but am going to look at it tomorrow. It's supposedly in good shape except for a small dent on the hood.
