While bush hogging I got on a stomp and choked the tractor down. Now the starter won't even try to crank. I have checked all the safety switches and I am not getting any voltage to the starter but the switches appear to ok.

I wonder if you pulled a wire off somewhere near the lower portion of the tractor? It may have kept running as that circuit is only needed when starting?

It actually ended up being the battery. I have never seen a battery go bad like this one did. It gave no early warning signs as every battery I have ever had does. It was cranking good then Bam it would not do anything.
