MF 165 power steering fluid/ Add where?

Newbe here so be gentle:confused2:. Where do I add fluid for the power assist system on a 1971 or 72 mf165 2wd. This does have a factory loader. I can't turn it either way. I have adjusted the actuator before so it will be the same left and right in the past. Leaks everywhere and they need to be addressed. Thanks!

Left side lower front of engine as sitting in the seat. Round reservoir that you remove the bolt to add fluid.
