Oh, no problem Pumpguysc. I appreciate your response. I was told the tractor sit for about a year before I bought it, so I think I will change the filters, fluids and try to fix the tachometer so I can know the rpms. If it isn't supposed to idle below 900 to 1000 rpms, maybe that is it. The rpms are really low at the lowest on the throttle. I will post back with what I find out. Thank you all.
