MF 4245 Value

I am trying to find the value of a MF 4245 tractor and was hoping someone here could help. The tractor is a 1998 with 538 hours on it with the deluxe cab. I cannot say it is in mint condition but it sure is close. The tractor has been babied ever since it was purchased. We only put 20 hours on it last year and feel it is time to sell it to someone who can really use it. It also has a 10ft. Land Pride bush hog model 3510 as well. I am located in Southern Indiana if that matters. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can go to IRON Solutions on line and buy an appraisal. Cheaper solution would be to find some comparable models and go from there.

Is your tractor 4WD? Is it a Power Shuttle? Does the A/C work? Serviced Lately? All this goes into the price of a used tractor.

If it was 4WD, Power Shuttle, Looks like its been taken care of,( not waxed every week but definate care for the machine). I would pay $30k Give a few grand more if when I got there it looks good & you look like you know how to operate your equipment. Less if 2WD, less if STD shift, less if little stuff isn't working perfect. You're looking at $45K to replace it.

Thanks for the response. It is not 4wd nor does it have the Power Shuttle option but the A/C works great and it is very well maintained. My mother in-law is extremely particular and has babied it ever since my father in-law passed away. This gives me an idea of what we should ask.
