mf 4708 3pt stuck up position cant lower

just got 2019 4708 non-cab the 3pt controls have no affect on lowering the 3pt stuck in up position guess isnt a rate of descent or lock to keep the 3pt up on this model mf?

Gravity pulls the three point down. The rate of descent is controlled by a valve which is usually located below and slightly behind the operator's feet. If you open the valve the three point should bo down, the valve controls how fast or whether it just stays up.
