The electronics can be an issue on the 5465. We have replaced the clutch sensors and gear change sensors on our 2009. I would bet dollars to donuts that you have some bad sensors. Honestly I would replace the foot clutch sensor as a matter of course since they are known to go out. Though with as many hours as you have it might have already been replaced.

Hey thanks for your help vsteel I think it's a sensor or electrical too but just don't know where to start. Although I am pretty sure it's not the clutch sensor i have replaced that before , I thought it might have been the throttle sensor to but that was no success I pulled one off another tractor and that didn't solve the problem. Also I for got to mention last time if the tractors throttle does work the Rpms bounce around everywhere besides at idle and full throttle. Thought it might could be the electrical on the injection pump but I am just stumped on this lol .

The thing that sucks is you are probably going to have to get it hooked up to the diagnostic software to figure out what is going on and which sensor is bad. Seems like there isn't a ton you can do without the software on this machine.
