MF 85

I have an opportunity to buy a MF model 85, year '73, with brush hog and pole digger. Gas engine. New tires and hoses. $4500
I'm going to check it out tomorrow. I don't know much about tractors. Is this a good model? Assuming it runs and is relatively "healthy", is this a good price?

I didn't think that the year sounded right and that it had to be from the 1960's, so I looked it up on tractortips.com. They were made 1959-1962. By 1973, they were into the 100 series (ex.135,165,175).

If it is a 85 then the year is wrong,and the price is on the high side. Parts for the 85 are getting hard to find if not impossible for certain ones. There was a 180 in the 70s but no 185. If it is a 180 then the price is good if it runs ok.
