Hi,
I have just purchased a MF 860 backhoe loader. The brakes on it are very poor, they seem to be hydraulic operated into the rear axle housing. Is there a way to adjust them? The brakes only work around the last 5mm of pedal travel, the handbrake is strong so there are brakes there which are connected by cable.
There is plenty of brake fluid in the reservoir so it may be the master/slave cylinder. I can pump the brake pedals, they do not get harder.
