I just bought an MF1260 used with an MF1246 loader. I ordered manuals but they won't be here at least a week. I'm in need of info as to fluids for the tractor - I want to use it ASAP and want to make sure it's topped up in all regards. I really don't know much about tractors AT ALL, please help!
- Engine oil dipstick and filler: found easily.
- Rear axle dipstick and fill: found easily. What type of fluid do I put in and how much? dipstick currently does not register :-(
- front axle: found fill port, I assume no dipstick. What type of fluid do I put in and how much?
- Tranny: where is dipstick and fill port? What type of fluid do I put in and how much?
- hydraulic fluid: where is dipstick and fill port? What type of fluid do I put in and how much?
