Took the timing cover back off, ground down the broken bolts, and was able to move the cover more easily when trying to center it. Also drove the seal in a bit further, and now when the pulley is tight, the motor turns over as it should. Heres a picture with the timing cover on. The previous owners had at one point changed the water pump but didnt save the backing plate and put the new pump directly on the aluminum housing. It ate it up the aluminum some but not all the way through, should be fine with the new plate and water pump. Thanks, TB
