MF1734e, loader main valve issue

The main valve has either condensate or water has infiltrate in the casing extension at the spool end (item 6 on the drawing). After disassemble and clean all valve part, better seal the casing. I put everything back but now, the floating mode is not latching! At the end of the spool, inside the case, there is a spring with some special washer.

How the latching system work?

What a should be careful with when I put everything back?

Float mode latch has never worked very well on mine. Sorta holds but will pop out pretty easy.
