OK, my MF35 is making so much oil that I have narrowed it down to the Injector pump, I first replaced the fuel pump, but oil/fuel is pouring out of the dipstick hole at around a cupfull per minute. So I don't think it is blowing by the rings at that rate because it is running just fine.
My question is, when the new pump arrives is there any secret to swaping out the old pump with the new one, i.e. there must a timing key or something, so the injectors inject at the correct BTDC of the compression stroke, will it be obvious when I pull the old one off?
New pump is a after market replacement for the CAV 3240F938.
Thanks,
