Finally had a chance to put it all back together. Filled the radiator just to the top of the core. Did about 2 hours of grading work and no fluid leaking out of the overflow tube. Thanks everyone for the help!!

My fault that you didn't understand, I sad it was on wrong and also coiled wire towards head that confused you. The coiled wire does go towards the head but it was on alright. Sorry.
