MF40B with no steering. can someone ID what this leaking part is?

i just fired up my MF40B and tried moving it for the first time in a year or two. it ran and started to move, but the steering went out on it. looks like im pushing hydraulic fluid out of whatever this unit is. i have no idea if its a hole in the line, or if the unit its self is leaking yet. but i guess i need to know what it is so i can start looking into parts for it.

Dieselleak from that banjo bolt leaks diesel on the powersteering fillerhole
Tightern banjobolt for the dieselleak then open reservoir for the steering and fill that round tank with ATF oil
