MF4707 PTO engagement issues (8’ Bushhog)

Hello all. First time post, and no doubt from a rookie in terms of tractor technology. Will try to keep brief:

- new 4707, just had 50 hour service
- grappled and mowed (8’ new Hog) yesterday morning with no issues.
- continue to try adjustments for Hog level and cut quality; adjusted back support wheels on Hog one level to raise deck
- used rear linkage external controls multiple times to toy with mowing height; also used inside height controls
- when tried to start up PTO again to mow, I can hear PTO trying to engage (clicks) but the PTO shaft barely turns (or doesn’t turn) and I eventually get a flashing triangle warning light.
- adjust throttle does nothing (except perhaps trigger the warning signal)

Any thing jump out for a quick check? I’m not with the tractor now but thought I’d seek some input.

I have a 2022 Massey 4707, but I've never had this happen. I'm a member of the FB Group " Massey Ferguson 4700 Global Tractor"

From what I've read there, there are some issues with the PTO Sensor. Some guys have had some success installing thicker O rings at the sensor, others talked about shims. I've never looked it it, and I have no idea what any of that means.

But if you are on FB, it might be worthwhile going through everything there to see if it's been covered. Even better, it couldn't hurt to post your question there. Several Dealers follow it and offer advice all the time.
