Do 4WD tractors have a third differential in the middle that conencts to the prop shafts going to the front and back diffs like in landrovers. If they do, why does windup still occur. I am now confused

The fronts have to turn faster than the back. If the front and back made the same number of revolutions per minute the rear wheels being larger would cover more ground.

Yew, but there is also a front lead that must be figured in all tractor mfwd set ups.. I did a bit of research when I swapped my turfs for R4's.. There are several sites, I found this one just now...http://www.titanstore.com/pdf/TireInfo.pdf
