He may assume the number 24 in on the decal represents horsepower. The engine label will provide the definitive answer. If it says ~14.7KW, that makes it a 20hp tractor. But it's hard to not know the difference between power and manual steering. I enlarged the photos in that advert, and am pretty sure I see a priority valve in both - and a hydraulic steering cylinder in the lower photoY'all figure the guy is pulling my leg about the 24 hp and power steering or he just doesn'r know any better?
