Took me little of no time to remove the deck. Usually less than 3 minutes.

Here's another option that works for me:

Disconnect the arms that lift the deck.
Put the tractor in 4 wheel drive.
Turn wheels fully to the left.
Put two 2x10x18 wood pieces, stacked one on the other, in front of each front tire.
Drive onto the wood pieces.
Disconnect drive shaft and front attachment.
Slide the deck out the right side by wiggling front and rear ends past the front and rear tires.
I do this on an asphalt drive.

I have a B7800 with a 60" MMM and it takes me all of 3 minutes to take it off and perhaps 4 minutes to put it back on. I don't use a hoist or FEL. It really is easy. I use a ceiling mounted winch to lift the MMM mower for maintenance - that is handy - I'd hate to have to flip it over by hand or use the FEL.

Solved my problem of removing & installing deck. I had these ramps made up similar to the new B-series drive over ramps. They work great and save a lot time and swear words.
