Wife is hinting that she’d like to replace her Craftsman 54” mower with something like the MT125. I think she wants your own FEL to play with. 🤙

Her mowing area is about 6 acres of reclaimed pasture, quite rough in places, not particularly level with slopes and swales. I often mow it with my flail. So basically not looking for that perfect landscaped look.

So to me it is a question of getting the MMM or maybe a 4ft flail.

Would like to hear both Pro and Con based on some experience.

6 bumpy, hilly acres with an MMM?

Ummm, no.

(Remember, I have that set up.)

MAYBE with turfs set soft, but that may not go so well on the hills.

Taken after hitting with flail, but same area is regularly mowed with her Craftsman rider.

Think seriously about cleaning out wet spring clippings glued in place with fire aunt mounds......real seriously......

My pasture is rougher than what shows in your pictures. My JD X570 would easily mow what you have there.

Looks quite comparable to wife’s Craftsman G5500 which has done a good job as well.
