I picked up a middle buster this week. Just curious to hear interesting ways you have put this tool to work. Fire away!

I picked mine up right before things seemed to hit the fan with price increases; my Titan middle-buster cost me $100 plus shipping back in early 2020. I've only used it a few times, to include breaking the initial ground for my garden- but it's more than paid for itself.

I looked everywhere for a used one with no luck. Got this one at Rural King for $250.

Mine is an excellent potato plow, but you should make 2 or 3 runs on each row to get all of them!

I have one that's probably older than me that is a fast hitch for the 140s. It opens the middles to plant potatoes and digs potatoes. My wide wing plow only ever takes one pass to get all the potatoes.

After using to dig potatoes I have found that if shorten the one side link it works similar to single bottom mold board plow. Drive one wheel in furrow and rolls soil over burying vines, manure, etc. in my garden in the fall.

Have also removed the wide shovel and installed narrow sub- soiler type tip and buried conduit and wire also.

That's a great idea. 🍻

I didn't have a winch and wanted to cut a load of fir to sell. I mounted the middle buster backwards, and wrapped chains around it to hold logs.
After unhooking I would back up to the pile and use the blade to stack it.

I also have a subsoiler which my father modified to bury phone wire.
