I have had it with them and their horrible service and comparable attitude. If they were the only Kubota dealer in CT and I needed a new tractor I would switch colors.

Uh oh! Mind filling us in a little - preferably without undue bad mouthing of a dealer? I have to say I don't go there anymore for parts, etc. Had a bad experience about a year and a half ago when I needed my Wheel Horse repaired and got it back with a stolen steering wheel cap. They said they'd find me a new one but never did. The part is NLA so to replace it, I'd have to buy a whole new steering wheel off ebay. The tractor was 100% original and in good shape for almost 20 years old, but for the missing wheel cap now. What bothers me is either someone that works there stole it, or someone scaled there security fence and stole it when they were closed. My guess is the former, but they didn't seem too concerned.

Where do you live? Bought my BX from Kahn tractor in North Franklin. A little ways to travel but they offered me more for my trade in. They also have a full service truck that can handle basic service at your house. Had a few small warranty items they sent the truck out to handle, so I didn't have to haul my BX all the way to North Franklin.

I'd just move, before switching colors... :D

I was in there about 4 years back and a saleman related the following story to me. Apparently one of the parts guys tossed a pack of cigarettes to one of the other counter guys. While trying to catch the pack, he raked his arm across the bar and chain of a brand new chain saw. I can't remember how many stitches he got to close the wound.

I purchased my Kubota's out of state but I have had good luck dealing with the local dealer in Torrington for parts/service when needed. They installed a 3rd function valve for me on my B3030 when I had it and there parts prices are competative.
