I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Midwest for two weeks to get more information on their FM30-72 finish mower (blade tip speed, weight, etc.), and they have not responded to two e-mails, and have not returned three phone calls. It seems to me that Midwest is not to interested in the customer. If this is their customer service when I am asking to spend money, what will their customer service be like if I have a problem with my mower? I, at this point, have pretty much decided to buy some other brand because of this problem, and because I don't have all of the information I wanted on their mower.
