OK. I can't stand it any longer. I was hoping that Inspector 509 would break down before I did and request some
status on this implement before I did, but he is obviously a stronger man that I am!!!

Jim,

Any update on this piece of equipment???

Not really any stronger Jim........ /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Just trying to be VERY VERY patient. This time if year I'd suppose the plant is busy cranking out the heavy sellers, i.e. blades, mowers and the like.
I personally have heard no updates on the hitch at all.

OK, if that's the way you care to look at it, I'll be the weak one. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Jim McCuan, what is the status on your (Midwest's) quick hitch and any hydraulic top/tilt mechanism you might have in the works? What is the anticipated price (for TBN members, mind you /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ) of either or both of these and when do you anticipate availability? Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thought I'd drop in a quick line just to let you all know I'm still kicking.

The good news is that the rest of the Midwest line is selling at a pace of more than triple last year. The bad news is that is leaving little time for bringing the new products on line. We had shipped more implements by April 1 than we shipped all of 2002 and sales volumes have increased since then. I have been personally sidelined for several weeks which has further slowed the processes. I have been reading TBN along a little just to keep up but haven't had time to post much.

So while I'm not happy with the progress of new developments, I guess I should be pleased there is a good base of business out there which has grown beyond expectations.

We actually did get a couple of units out running locally in the past couple of weeks for evaluation, so we are making progress, slowly but surely. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I'd think you want a couple more out running regionally. Say one in NE Indiana and one in... uh... Central OH, wasn't it, Inspector? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'm sorry to hear you've been sidelined. I hope you'll be back in good health going (reasonably) full force soon. Take good care of yourself. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Of course, you would want to test this thing in the cold and high altitude environments
so just send one out to Woodland Park!!!! Snow pellets at the house this morning.
Temp = 39 degrees. Had to have a fire last night. No air conditioning needed here!!!
