Grapple Millonzi 60 inch Grapple

I don't own one, but from all the pics i've seen the universal fit units look to add several more inches. I was contemplating buying one for a tractor i had previously, but decided it would cut my lifting capacity too much on my small loader. The universal fit is a great idea though (at least in theory).

I might have missed this, but do you have remotes on the back of your tractor? I ran lines from the back to the front cost me 178.00 and no need for the third function. Kubota dealer quoted me $800.00 as well, so using the rear saved me over $600.00.....It also works great! :D :D

It's not hard to understand why a company would want to put the burden back on the owner to get accurate measurements. I really do not know how they expect the average person to take these measurements accurately. If it were my business I would want to make it very easy for the customer to give me their hard earned money.

I don't want to give the impression that Millonzi is not trying to get the info needed. They have an engineer working on it.

The only thing that you missed is that my basic MX5000 tractor did not come with a rear remote. I am going to get that added to operate the grapple IF I can get one to fit from Millonzi.

The remote itself cost $743 + labor and materials the price I was told for the adapter was $800. Add on the $100 for a adapter plate plus the labor to modifiy the bucket. I had no idea that the adapters were $800  Maybe I was a little high at $2200 but not by much.

The plot gets a little deeper...
The rough specs I sent in for the adpter measurements were not good enough as Millonzi tells me that they have to make every set of adapters custom and need the EXACT specs. Well I don't have anything that I can use to measure that close and sure don't want them to build something that will not work for me because I was off this way or that by a millimeter. So at this point John the engineer at Millonzi is going to go to the local Kabota dealer and see if he can get the specs he needs from them.

Nothing is ever easy!

I converted my Kubota M5400 a few months ago.

The pin on converter was about $400. The valve was $130 and hoses were about $140.

The whole job only takes a couple of hours, of course I stretched it out to two days but that is a different story.

I forget the source of my converter plate but all they needed was my loader model and they sent me the right peice.

Adding a remote is expensive and in my case, the dealer told me he could not get the parts. I just tied into the power beyond on the loader.

Getting this thread BACK on topic....

Here are some pictures of recent work with the Millonzi 60 inch grapple.

The one pic that I didn't get was disposing of a 20 inch prairie rattler after he bit my Lab on the lip. The Millonzi does the job on rattlesnakes!

Sorry if I took over your post...

I hope your dog is going to be ok?

The grapple looks impressive. I have to call today and see if they have mine finished/shipped yet.

No problem. The grapple is doing well and the Lab is doing okay at $1300 later. Won't be out chasing rabbits any time soon.
