That's right and it's also why I don't believe they have the authority to dip your tank at auctions stock sales or any where else a vehicle is not on a state or US highway.

Wow! Did I get a wake up ... or what. I thought I just entered the twilight zone. I thought we had posters from Iran or something. I was reading this thread from the first post and see fuel prices .99 to 1.39. What the heck is going on? Then it hit me. The posts were from 01 or 02. A few minutes ago half asleep at the computer. Wide awake now.
