Missing lever

I've just picked up a 1972 Ford 3000. The draft lever is missing and looks like the shaft has sheared off. Is it possible to buy a replacement shaft and lever or will I need to have one made?

Just to be clear - I'm talking about the lever that puts it in drfat mode, not the lever that raises and lowers the 3pt
