Missing part

I am missing this part off of an old American manufacturing company cultivator. Does anyone know what it is called and where I can find it?

If I'm not mistaken, that's a bushing from the RF portion of your picture?
If so, good luck finding the original part. However, it shouldn't be hard to fashion something which will work. I'd be tempted to make it out of oak or maple, if you happen to have some lying around.

Got a friend with a mill?
He could probably make one out of a chunk of bar stock in an hour or so.
