jimmyj,
Long time no see partner. As much fun as it's been, I think my days of the photo shoots with military stuff is winding down. Whiteman AFB, Missouri is where the stealth bombers are located and that's a three hour drive. As much faith as I have in my baby bota that would be to far of a ride. I do like the idea of one final shoot of my Kubota vs a coast guard ship they use for training here. Hmmmmm....

Now that my setup is pretty much complete (minus the 3-pt poly salt spreader), I'll just keep cutting all of my neighbors grass until our new home is finished in July. Then I'll take on my first real project of carving out a huge pond in our new backyard. I'll post some pics don't worry. How about you ? Completed any projects with the great pumpkin ?

duckhunt,
I didn't think the people were to interested in my "David vs Goliath" photo shoots. Jimmyj and BXinNH seemd to agree with you as well. Let me poke around the base this weekend and see what's out there.

As far as cleanliness and my tractor go, I just like keeping her clean after the seat time. There's a carwash less than a mile from the house and I take it there often. I'm just a neat freak I guess. Besides, I don't think the "shine" has worn off from the new paint yet.

jimmyj,
That's the coolest little greenhouse. I showed the pics to my wife (shouldn't have done that) and now she insists on me building her one when we move to our new property.

I can't believe your great pumpkin has reached the 100 hour mark so soon. You have been busy my canuck friend. :) :) :) I'll post some more pics this week.

MT,

Have you done any diggin or pushing since you added the toothbar. Just wondering how much it helped. I want one myself, most opinions on hear say markham makes a good product. I have alot of small trees that I am trying to clean up. Sure looks like that toothbar would really help dig up the roots. Summer time in Louisiana, you do everything you can to say on the tractor. Just to darn hot for manual labor. :D

MissouriThunder,
I think you "seized" on a new thread - "a%%es my little tractor can kick - a pictorial". Stack up your little BX against big rigs, tugs, bombers, etc.

Could be one of the funniest threads ever authored. . . . keep up the good work!

Just wanted to say I enjoy your posts, you seem like a guy I would like to know. I don't get along with just anyone because I can't stand a phony and I won't back down if I know I'm right. Hang in there!

underdawg,
Thanks for the positive feedback. If I made someone smile today then it was all worth it. How far is Mount Hope from FT McClellan ? I did basic training, AIT and BNCOC there. Never saw so much red clay (mud) in my life. Although the Drill Sergeants made us roll around in all that muck, I sure do have fond memories of Alabama.

TYMinColton,
You may be on to something there. Let me see what else is around the base that I could match up with. :D :D :D

duckhunt,
I can thank Ridgewalker for educating me about the power of a toothbar. It makes it much easier breaking up the soil. Although he suggested a markham also, I went with what the dealer had on hand. Not sure the brand name but it was $300. I haven't had the chance to dig into some tough, rocky soil yet but it cut right through the soft dirt in the woodlne.

MT - If you are interested, from your pictures, it looks like you have the W.R. Long flat toothbar. W.R. Long only sells to dealers and not straight to the public. I was at my dealer on Saturday picking up new MMM blades and he had 3 flat toothbars in stock. This will be my next purchase!! Tod
