Well I won't put in all of the detals but you can see my post "Broken PTO Drive". What ever you do do not use a PTO shaft that is too long for your application.
I suppose processing clothing with the bush hog is a mistake. My wife wouldn't agree, for some reason she hates my hats. She always used to laugh when the puppies chewed them up. Good dog spot/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Lets see.. I've never had a problem with the comp release.. heck.. it's hard to even find on my 1700... have to know exactly where to reach to under the dash...
As for differences in the ranges.. there is a special place in my heart for the engineers who did the reverse low and high ranges soooo different....
