mitsu 372D three point lift got it up can't get it down

So I lifted my three point lift with no implement on my 372D and now it won't come down. I tried all variations of the flow control valve and stood on it with several friends. Not budging. Any thoughts?

Does it have one of the valves that adjusts the down rate? If the one on my tractor is fully closed it will come up but it won't go down.

Yep I tried the valve in multiple positions...it wouldn't come down no matter the position.

You might need to remove and clean the ROD (rate of drop) valve...
