Mitsubishi D1500 Ke85 engine
I am getting some great inputs on my D1500 project and making some good progress! I have leads on the Owner's manual and Parts Book. While awaiting these manuals, I would like to check my valve clearances. Can anyone provide me these specs? From what I have learned so far, it is a KE80 engine and the same as a S630.

I appreciate everyone's help!!

0.35 mm or 0.0138 inches is the specification for the KE70, KE75, and KE135 Mitsubishi 2 cylinder diesels. The K3, K4, and KE150 diesels are 0.2 mm. I would guess (And it is ONLY a guess, and worth exactly what you paid for it: Nothing) that your KE80 would be 0.35mm. Looser is better than tighter anyway, as a rule, so I think it is safer to defer that way no matter what. The S630 has the KE135.

Thanks much -- Is this with a warm or cold engine?

The information I have says it is while cold.
