I dropped off my pump at Southeast Power on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, 800-733-6101. I spoke with Kevin, I told him I blew into the pump while blocking the out put lines, and air freely blew through. He told me My crank case would fill with fuel. which it did. So, I felt confident in his company. to rebuild the pump. He's gonna call me with a price later, that scares me a little. I'll keep you posted.

I got the call today. the cost to rebuild my injector pump is, $260.00. It sounds like a lot for a 3" x 3" piece of metal.with a few springs and levers. But the tractor wont run without it.

That's not bad as far as rebuilding a pump.

I have to go back to work on tues. and the pump won't be ready. I work on a supply boat in the Gulf of Mexico, so the tractor will set for a month or two till I come back home, (sucks, am trying to retire). I put all my tools away, and bolted everything back in place, stuffed a rag where the pump goes. I've really enjoyed this forum. It has really taught me quite a bit. Your replies gave me the courage to do this repair, and I'm finding it a lot of fun. I would probably enjoy all of your company in a coffee shop. you have really made me feel welcome. Thanks to all.
