Final update:
The weather cooperated and tires are thawed. Received the Gempler valve in the mail and used it yesterday afternoon. I used the three point sprayer and a short section of garden hose to pump washer fluid and antifreeze into each tire. Went very quickly, had 22 gallons pumped in about 30 minutes. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
