Now that wouldn't be any fun.

Got back into town on thursday, tried it out on the front yard friday morning & did the rest saturday.

It was like having a second honeymoon right after the first.

I managed to find all the uneven areas in the lawn. The MMM with its small casters doesn't float as well as the RFM with its large air filled tires did.

Of course in my exictement I didn't read the freaking manual (only skimmed it) before I used it and wasn't positioning the three point control in the right place. We'll see next week if the load sharing springs do their job.

The smaller overall package is very cool. Wifey is ready to use the tractor to mow now.

The dealer filled the rear tires with Rim Guard as well. Made a big difference in traction. I used 4WD less & overall was nicer to the lawn than with unfilled tires.

The real honeymoon was great. Fantastic weather, beatiful scenery (the mountains and the wife!). I managed to get a shot of some of Parks Canada's compact tractors (a ford and 3 kubotas) with some mountains in the background. They had some small dump trailers attached. They were about 1.5 cubic yard capacity. Made by <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.nortruck.com/> nortruck </A> I think they were a custom job as the web site didn't show them. I'll post a picture when we get them back.

I've decided that I can't possibly read all the posts that were made in my absence, so I'm skimming the subjects that look interesting.

It's about the only way that a person can get through it! Isn't it amazing what gets put out here in such a short time??/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif Even with just skimming the topics, it took me about 2 days to get "caught up", and I was only gone for 1 week!

Just make sure that you have an extra large container of your favorite beverage, and have at it!
