MMM ON 2015 HST, QUESTIONS

I would like to know if anyone here has the MMM for the 15 series tractors, and if so how much of a hassle is it to remove and re-install, I am in the process of buying a 2015 hst and need some information on the mower before I purchase. Also does the attachment hardware get in the way of other operations, or uses when the mower is removed..

I don't have the MMM so I can't answer the particulars, but I went with the RFM. When I bought the tractor I asked how difficult the MMM was to install and remove, and my dealer told me it was something I'd probably want to put on once in the spring and then remove in the fall. You need a fairly large, flat surface to slide it out, like both stalls of a two stall garage. Since I wanted to remove mine after every use, I decided against the MMM.

THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION, WILL BE USING TRACTOR MOSTLY FOR MOWING DURING SPRING AND SUMMER BUT YOU CAN NEVER TELL WHAT TASK MAY COME ALONG WHERE I WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE DECK....

Lift mower off ground and remove pins from gauge and caster wheel adjustment points. Lower mower. Remove PTO shaft. Release pins from front mounting channel.Remove rear mower liftbars from rear rockshafts. Raise mower lift mechanism and place in transport lock position Place blocks between front tires and mower frame. Back tractor over mower frame until clear. This is for the Woods 60" MMM on a 7205 Cub which is the same tractor as the 2015. Now if Mahindra stuck with the Woods deck that is how it is done according to the Woods OM..

THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION, SOUNDS LIKE IT SHOULD BE FAIRLY SIMPLE AFTER A FEW TIMES, 10-15 MIN. OR, SO. SINCE THE 2015 AND THE CUB ARE THE SAME TRACTOR I MAY PRICE,AND COMPARE A WOODS MOWER WITH THE MAHINDRA MOWER BEFORE I BUY..

How long does it take you to remount the mmm? I have one on my 2810HST but have yet to remove it. I can tell that removal won't be much of a problem but, given its weight, I suspect remounting and aligning will be more difficult. Thanks, Danny

I have yet to do the reattach....I would say it might be best to do the dismount on a hard surface if possible. I remember seeing a weight on that deck of something over 500 lbs and trying to slide that on gravel or dirt might be problematic. I will see how it goes when there is some grass to destroy. Does anyone know if Mahindra went with Woods for their decks on the 15 series? I believe they went with Kansas Machine for their loaders instaed of Woods. Woods still has the loaders though. The ones for the Mahindra 15's and the older 7000 series Mitsu Cubs are the same.

The MMM for my 2810HST is 72" so it's going to be even heavier. As for its manufacturer, I was told by Mahindra that they were made for them by Art's-Way Manufacturing.
