Don't forget about a grass catcher/leaf vacuum. They only work on MMM's.

MMM are not hard to put on and off, just akward, which is usually the PTO hook up. From what I have seen, trimming around stuff is better on a MMM. Also, a RFM has a lot of tail swing, which is akward if you are mowing up against fences and stuff, but you adjust to it. It sounds like a RFM is the wise choice, and you should be able to pull a 7 footer with that much power.
