Not really a big change, I had designed the stump grinder to move to a forward facing position so I could do some trenching. The wife got a hair and now I am $800 poorer and have to install over 1000ft of sprinkler system. So much for a few days off.
Anyway, still working out the mod if you want to call it that. Basically the dirt was being trapped in the hard stump grinder protective cover. So now i have welded on an open sided cover. Underneath is a piece of angle iron (around 3" sides) that sits as a V over top of the blade.
Still ironing out the kinks. Need to put a skid on the bottom as the motor mount catches grass. Wish there was a way to "Funnel" the dirt into one pile but this works.
