Model 1220

a guy I work with has a ford 2000 that he is trying to sell me. It is too big for what I want so I came across a 1220 with a 5' fine cut mower. 1996 model with 350 hrs and all maintence records(well kept tractor). Wants $6000 for it a little more than what I wanted to pay since I had been looking at the YM2000. Any way how good are these 1220?

I think I pass. It is a little too far for me to travel.It had 650 hrs on it. Seems like a fair deal.
