Modern Commando Rotary Mower

In the market for a rotary mower and saw this one on Craig's list. 5ft Brush Hog

I found the web site for Modern, but they must have changed the name of the model as "commando" is no longer used, as near as I can tell.

If anyone has experience with this particular brand, I'd appreciate a little insight.
