Look for real wood cabinets, not pressed wood. Real plywood floors, not pressed wood.
That is all.
Yeah especially that particle board. That stuff gets wet and swells up or falls through.
My parents bought a 10 year old mobile home after our house fire in 1994 when I was 6.
The house has particle board flooring in it and the floors are about fallen through.
We had a water pipe burst that old grey poly pipe leak in the house when I was 7 and and a year later when I was 8 I walked over to the bathtub to take a shower and get ready for school and I fell through the floor.
My dad replaced it with some actual flooring boards from an old house.
The rest of the house is bout fallen in too now so that's one reason they moved when they came across another trailer house.
Hopefully it'll last them awhile. It's newer so maybe it'll hold up for the rest of their lives.
It has particle board floors too. A few are swelling. I plan to help them replace the swelling ones with actual plywood so they won't fall through it like I did in our old trailer.
By the way I was in home depot a few months ago and they had some particle board on the shelf $40.00 a sheet" And get this. It was falling apart on the shelf.
Nice way to advertise the fact that no one should buy that product. lol
I wish I had my camera with me to take a pic of it.
I could buy 2 sheets of actual plywood for the price of one of that particle board.
