I am actually buying in somewhat to the Traskresearch line of thinking somewhat..

Sounds reasonable. They use a quaternary ammonium compound that is EPA approved. Not sure I'd opt for the testing (if you see it it's there) or the HEPA filtered vacuuming (why bother the spores are dead) but the quat should be fine and a lot cheaper than some of these overly aggressive abatement regimens.

Good luck.

Kind of what I was thinking, and if I fogged the whole place down that should give me great coverage, I am going to go look at the place again tomorrow, and it may just be a good job for a $10 bug sprayer, I did not notice any mold / mildew problems on the joists, but tomorrow will bring a closer inspection.

Going to bring some black flex pipe and go ahead and get the gutters draining away from the walls. Not really supposed too but I figure nobody should complain, and I would like to start getting it drier there so when it is time for me to get it, I can GO....
